I would like to introdue you to...

there are two wonderful artists' worth recommending to you all. It is Elaine Paige and Taro Hakase. The first artist is a singer know for such exquisite songs as "Memories" from the musical Cats and "I dream a dream" from Les Miserables. I don't have words that describe the beauty of her voice and the tremendous effect the song had on me. The second artist however I've come to know through Caline Dion. One of her songs is accompanied by Taro Hakase, who plays the violin in such a way that I have goosebumps.
Amazing people with amazing songs.

Five years time - near future or not?

Oh my, this one is a tuff one, too. I think our minds are so preoccupied with the next few months that looking into the future (even 5 years) is sth...refreshing?:)
So...In 5 years time I am going to be..in Alaska..and working as a fisherman:)) I've always wanted to go there(apart from 101 other places:P) so maybe my dream will come true and I'll be experiencing a great adventure living in Alaska on a fishing boat(a smack?) and fishing for huge salmons and halibuts. Like this:

Childhood photo

Well, so finally I've added my photo. Had some troubles in first finding it(those who know me aso know I don't like pictures)then scanning it:Pand finally writing about it:)
Anyway..what should I write here...my childhood was great..I was a little angel as you see:P didn't make any trouble, when it was bedtime there was no problem, loved to stay in bed being lazy since always:):) with all the pillows and teddybears:)))That didn't really change:) Apparently when I was a child I kept telling myself bedtime stories... My mom sometimes could hear me talking to myself or to my toys and making up stories and fairytails before falling asleep...well I guess it's because I'm the only child so I just had to manage on my own...

Some photos I found:P

I know I've already written about my hometown, but the pictures I've added are not good enough. That is why I decided to put some more photos, however mayby without too many comments:)))
The first one is a view on "osiedle"

Next we have a road in the forrest
Ups, sorry It's the other way around:P

Number three is a picture of a road

And the last one is a photo of our church. Now believe it or not but it's like the most important place in przezmierowo...the central point and up on a hill so that everyone can see it;D
The church has been recently renovated. It hasn't looked that good always:P

OK that's it about przezmierowo:D

My music

Music from all over the world!!! That's my music:)) What I mean is that I like many types of music and many styles. Apart from that I constantly listen to the radio (I know all my albums by heart and the radio is always a surprise) I guess I could start listing my music from Celine Dion. It's her album I got for the first time from my mOm when I was maybe 7 or 8, and ever since I come back to her songs once in a while.I love all her songs but this one touches my heart:

....time stops when I listen to it.

Next in line would be the American Legend: Fred Astaire. I'm kind of forced to pick one song:P so..it..would be...this one:

Oh my, he's amazing...a real legend. I adore this song also because it was used in the Gershwin musical comedy "Crazy for you" that made me fall in love with musicals:)

And I just have to show you at least a bit:)

All right, now a small;P change of style. I enjoy listening to Stone Sour's album "Come what(ever) May". The best songs are: Sillyworld, Socio, Made of Scars and of course my beloved "Through the glass" which I proudly present:

also check out this title: Zzyxz.Rd.
a road like this really exists!!:) somewhere in the US naturally:P

This theme is to be continued, there are tons of songs I'd like to share:D:D:D

Bye for now!!!

My home town

The place where I lived most of my life is called Przeźmierowo. Many people know this "small town:P" and even been here, which is surprising for me:P so I'm not going to describe it in detail(it's on the film anyway) but rather tell you how much it means to me:):) When I moved here I was about 7 years old and full of energy:D Because Przeźmierowo is surrounded by forests and lakes I spent a lot of time riding a bicycle, literally everywhere. I had a pack of really good friends with whom I used to go to the lakes, ride around and race each other....basically had a great time:)) Of course when we changed schools it all ended, but the memories stayed and if you ask me, I'll tell you the best place to spend your childhood and teenage years is Przeźmierowo:):)
Another thing I really love about this place is that I feel safe here. Sometimes at night I feel like going for a walk, and guess what:)...no problem. I heard friends saying that they're scared of going out at night in Poznan...that's terrible. Few years ago, when my dog was still with me, I'd be going for walks every night. And even 2day I find people taking a stroll around the park with their dogs even at 11.00 o'clock at night.
As you know in Przeźmierowo is a racing track. Well at summer time the cars make a lot of noise racing around and many people hate it. I guess it all depends how you look at it, because for me the sound means one thing-summer is coming:)which means vacation is almost here:))))))))) As you can see I find a good things in every aspect concerning my home town:)
The truth is though, that there are some drawbacks when it come to living here. One of them is the transport. To get to Poznan is sometimes so much trouble you wouldn't imagine. Waiting for a bus in the rain for 50 minmakes you quite angry....and the last bus back home is at 22.45...try to meet with your friends for a beer:P...
The second thing is that roads are being built and this is how it sometimes looks like:

Great isn't it!!!:D

Here I found a film on the Internet showing a large part of Przeźmierowo. It's not the best b/c the streets look pretty sad at this time of the year
but that's all I got,enjoy:P

Here's a photo that's less gloomy:P

And this one shows fireworks that are a tradition in Przeźmierowo. Every year people gather in "the park" and celebrate together New Year. It's usually on the 1st of January.

Just to conclude I find Przeźmierowo a great place to live in and couldn't imagine my life somewhere else:)))

Ok, so that would be pretty much it:)) Bye for now:))
